In SharePoint 2013 Preview there are some new items in the Look and Feel settings:

And accept or reject:

After selecting the one:
And accept or reject:

5. Device Channels:
I think with Device Channels you could map different design packages to certain device types that will be used to connect to the #SP2013 site
